“AI-made” used to be a disclaimer.

Not anymore. Generated Awards™ is the first awards show for AI-generated commercial video — human creativity leading, the machine executing. Season 1’s winners are public.

Why this exists

The tools got good faster than anyone was ready for. The best commercial work was landing on feeds and dying there — no room, no record, no one keeping score. So we started keeping score.

What does excellent look like when human creativity leads?

One question — judged in public, on merit, by people. Not by an algorithm, a platform vote, or a leaderboard.

So we put it to a jury.

~0 works reviewed by an independent, named jury. Eight winners, announced live in New York on May 27, 2026. Covered by Mashable and a Forbes contributor column.

The room exists now.

And the next one is already forming. The bar is set by the work — every edition, the whole field moves.

Judged by people.
Not platforms.

6 jurors personally reviewed all ~1,700 submissions — on merit, not by algorithmic score, platform vote, or product promotion.

How this gets judged

Independence only counts if you can check it. So how the work is judged, the principle that keeps judging clean, and the line no vendor can buy — they’re not just asserted here. They’re laid out where you can read them.

How the judging works

What Generated runs

Generated runs two things: the Awards — the independent recognition layer — and GeneratedDB, the central hub where the work lives, with the directors, artists, and actors who make it.

Go to GeneratedDB

Who it’s for

It’s for the people making the work — directors, editors, composers, prompt-writers turning briefs into film, and the tool-builders and brands betting on them. If no one takes your AI work seriously yet, this is the room that does.

The next edition
starts here.

Nominations for the next edition are open — ~1,700 works were reviewed for the first Generated Awards™.
